SOMFY places its customers at the heart of its strategy, measuring their satisfaction via the CNPS (Customer Net Promoter Score), which currently stands at an excellent 59.6 for 2024. With 68% promoters, our aim is to reduce the number of detractors by 2025 to further increase customer loyalty. Continuous improvement and active listening are the keys to this aim! In November, SOMFY Nanxun welcomed more than 160 employees and their families to its first ever “Family Day”! Visitors were shown around the factory and took part in interactive activities, while enjoying games, delicious meals and a fair trade market supporting sustainable initiatives.
