SOMFY GROUP TO ATTEND R+T 2024
|
|
|
|
Guten Tag Stuttgart! For five days from 19 February, four of our brands will each host a stand at the R+T trade fair: Somfy, Simu, BFT, and Teleco. Held every three years in Germany, this is THE leading international trade fair for roller shutters, doors/gates, and solar protection systems. It is an opportunity for teams on the spot to meet customers and prospects from all over the world.

Each of the Group's brands will have its own stand to promote its new product offerings. Somfy for all segments: Exterior Window, Outdoor, Residential Access, Window Fashion and Smart Home; Simu for Exterior Window; BFT for Residential Access; and Teleco for Outdoor.
|
|
|
Besides, the Smart Home platform for all four brands, TaHoma, will also be present on each stand. The aim is to highlight its compatibility with all product environments and raise its profile among end-users. Each stand will focus on the distinctive qualities of our brands:
- Simu: TaHoma App and TaHoma switch compatibility with the complete product range
- BFT: TaHoma App compatibility with EasyAXS natively connected motors
- Teleco: TaHoma App and switch compatibility with certain products (more about that by the end of 2023!)

R+T will also be the ideal venue to announce the next stage in our sustainable development strategy. "Somfy will be launching the Somfy Climate program highlighting the benefits of automated solar protection to meet the challenges of climate change. TaHoma switch will be central to Somfy Climate, with a pre-configured 'Thermal Comfort' scenario. We will also put the spotlight on Amy, the first wall-mounted heatwave control unit incorporating an indoor temperature sensor," explains Sophie-Caroline Tappaz, R+T 2024 Project Manager.

Of these, 41% were German, and 59% were international visitors from 140 countries. We're hoping for as many (or more!) in 2024.

RAPID GROWTH
TaHoma SUITE celebrated its second (and a half) anniversary at Somfy Lighthouse. Over 730,000 households are already connected by Somfy. And our connected solution keeps on growing, with the rollout in 2023 of the TaHoma SUITE offering to SNABA and OCEANIA. What's more, we also launched a connected offering for tertiary solutions with ANIMEO SUITE.
