We are entering into our 3-year execution plan called 2025 One Way. It is an essential step towards our 2030 Ambition — making SOMFY the preferred partner for window and door automation.
 
2025 One Way is not a new project: it is deeply rooted in the journey we began three years ago. It is the direct continuation of key structuring projects already launched such as So!One, SOMFY Campus, MES...
 
2025 One Way will give us the means and tools to develop the framework to reach our 2030 Ambition collectively. It is a projection to visualize where we want to be in 2025 and what direction we need to take to get there,” says Pierre Ribeiro. “I’m convinced that 2025 One Way is a robust plan to ensure excellence, resilience, and responsibility,” he adds.

New factory in Portugal (Northwest of Porto). We will set up a new factory in Southern Europe. It will be certified LEED Gold from the US green building rating system. We anticipate a potential of about 5 million motors, with their associated controls and therefore about 700 people on staff. We will divide our carbon emissions (scopes 1, 2 and 3) by half by 2030. Before reaching this long-term goal, we will reduce our “scope 3” carbon emissions by 33% by 2025. This type of emission is linked to the product usage, and is where most of our emissions are produced.
