Sustainable development: Yes We Act!

July 7 was sustainable development day at Somfy. Throughout the day, many of you followed the dedicated Yammer feed, and discovered, post after post, the actions taken by the Group since the launch of the We Act for a Better Way strategy a year ago.
Not sure you saw them all? Let’s refresh your memory!

Planet

Learn more about the criteria used and go a step further by reading about the significant advances made in Bonneville to reduce the carbon footprint of our product packaging.

Prosperity
For Prosperity, we took a closer look at efforts to beef up our responsible purchasing policy. The aim is to create a sustainable and ethical offer by continuing to engage suppliers in SOMFY’s CSR approach and overseeing and supporting their actions.

People

In China, Tunisia, Brazil, Italy, France and elsewhere, you took part in workshops on sustainable modes of transport, and some people even travelled to work by foot, bicycle, public transport, or carpool. Ready to take a fresh approach to transport?
